Notes & Combos
Pretty standard build, however -
- 1 Added another Fighting spirit to extend plays.
- 2 No Nibiru for the crossout negate. While playing second and combing to the Accesscode\Jammer package we can recover using Transcode Talker and bring back the Jammer hence ending with an even more powerful Accesscode given an extender in hand.
- 3 Playing two Accesscodes (see 2.). It saved my many times.
- 4 I wish I had room for a second Transcode Talker for the follow ups.
- 5 I've used Light Dragon only twice for the past couple of months, keeping it for the Pikari search (it came handy playing against floo).
- 6 It's easy to give up to Maxx C. while comboing while playing second, but as shocking as it is - I've won many Maxx C. challenges and even got nibirued in some ot them!
Ideal combos -
- 1 Going first: Arrival 4k + Heatsoul (co-linked) OR 5\6k arrival or ending on Heatsoul\Transcode talker + Heatsoul if one got interrupted (I think its better than 3k arrival).
- 2 Going second: Jammered Accesscode for a good old classic otk.

To offer a potential answer your 2nd Transcode Talker question: the slot may be the Link Spider. It'd really depend on how often you have to rebuild after a Nibiru though because Link Spider still has uses. Good luck fighting up the ladder.
Yeah...I wish I had enough room for a 2nd Transcode haha...But the link spider really helped my out so many times after I got nibirued.

How often do gatchiri and danmari’s effects come in handy? I’ve been experimenting without them and I feel like potentially bricking with them is not worth it.
Danmari in grave is an "on-field" omni-negate while having Arrival, in hand it's quiet nisch BUT it saved my a few times when I opened it in hand and had to survive an attack, but it's not in the deck for being in hand, one should send it to the grave using Bururu when summoned.
About Gatchiri, it's an extender BUT if one can use it in a clever way to bring out an Accesscode using Splash + Jammer + Catchiri so you are basically nibiru proof all the way to the OTK.
I totally agree that bricking with the "non" combo starters is something that happens, I might revisit my extenders for optimal plays. Maybe dropping out Doshin
However don't be mistaken - Danmari is a combo piece you'd want while climbing into Arrival, this card won me so many games I can't even remember.
